Throughout her career, she has helped build systems, strengthen teams, and create environments where meaningful outcomes are not simply a goal, but an expectation.

Jayne is passionate about organizational resilience and building cultures that prioritize quality for clients, staff, and communities. She has used her experience to promote excellence across both clinical and operational teams, developing systems that support clinicians while keeping the needs of children and families at the center of the organization.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Dailey Institute, Jayne plays a central role in shaping the organization’s direction and translating its shared vision into action. She leads the Institute’s operations, team development, and organizational growth with a commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, and the belief that people must always come before profit.
