CAREERS AT THE DAILEY INSTITUTE
Build a Career
With Purpose.
Great care begins with great people. At The Dailey Institute, we are building a team of professionals who want their work to matter – to the children they serve, the families who trust them, and the communities around them.
Whether you are an experienced clinician, a newly certified professional, or beginning your career in behavioral health, we want you to have the support, standards, and opportunities to keep growing.
Purpose Before Profit. People Before Numbers.
We believe the quality of care we provide families is directly connected to how we support the people providing it. Growth matters, but it should never come at the expense of our team, our standards, or the families who trust us.
We are building an organization where professionals are respected, supported, held to meaningful standards, and given room to develop – because strong teams create stronger outcomes.
Purpose Before Profit
We make decisions with people, quality, and long-term impact in mind.
Children & Families First
The needs and well-being of the children and families we serve remain at the center of our work.
Clinical Excellence
We expect high standards, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.
Integrity & Accountability
We communicate honestly, act ethically, and take responsibility for the quality of our work.
Growth & Learning
We believe strong professionals never stop learning. Mentorship, feedback, and development are part of the culture we are building.
Teamwork
Great care is collaborative. We value communication, reliability, respect, and professionals who support one another.
