What Happens After Referral
Six-Step Process
Contact / Referral
The provider or family contacts The Dailey Institute and our team begins the intake process.
Complete the Client Intake Package
The family provides the information and documentation needed for intake.
Verification of Benefits & Initial Assessment Authorization
We verify benefits and request initial assessment authorization when required by the payer.
Initial Assessment & Treatment Plan
A qualified clinician completes the assessment and develops an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment Authorization
The treatment plan is submitted for treatment authorization when required.
Begin 1-on-1 ABA Services
After required approvals and staffing are in place, individualized services begin.
