Implement

The clinical team delivers treatment according to the authorized plan, with direct-care staff working under required clinical oversight.

Review

We use data, direct observation, caregiver input, and clinical judgment to review progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Treatment is directed and overseen by qualified clinical professionals in accordance with applicable licensure, certification, payer, and program requirements.

Clinical Leadership

Assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making are completed or overseen by qualified clinicians within their scope of practice.

RBTs/BTs and other paraprofessional staff receive the supervision, observation, feedback, and competency oversight required for their role and payer requirements.

Data-Informed Decisions

Treatment decisions are informed by objective data, direct observation, assessment results, and clinically relevant information.

Plans are reviewed and updated to reflect progress, changing needs, medical necessity, and treatment priorities.
